Troubleshooting EZVIZ CB3 Camera Tips and Solutions:

Camera Offline Solution:

If your EZVIZ camera is showing up offline, check the following:

1. Power Status: Make sure the camera is plugged in and receiving power.
2. LED Indicator: If the LED indicator is on, the camera is drawing power.
3. Reset: If the camera is still offline, remove it from the EZVIZ app and reset the camera by holding down the reset button.
4. Pairing: Once the reset is complete, pair the camera with the EZVIZ app again.

Network Configuration Issue Solution:

1. Same Network: Make sure your mobile device and the EZVIZ camera are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. 2.4GHz Band: If you’re using a dual-band router, make sure the EZVIZ camera is connecting to the 2.4GHz band, not the 5.0GHz band.
3. Router Bandwidth: If your camera doesn’t support the 5.0GHz frequency band, change the bandwidth on your router to 2.4GHz.

EZVIZ CB3 Camera Suitable For:

• Outdoor Use: The camera is weatherproof (IP Grade), which means it can withstand dust, rain, and even water jets from any direction. It also has an operating temperature range of -20 °C to 50 °C, making it suitable for a wide range of climates.
• Day and Night Surveillance: The camera features an IR-Cut filter with auto-switching, providing clear images in both day and night conditions. It also has an IR range of up to 15m, making it suitable for monitoring areas in low light or at night.
• Wide Area Surveillance: With a lens viewing angle of 128° (Diagonal), 108°(Horizontal), and 56°(Vertical), the camera can cover a wide area.
• Long-Term Use: The camera comes with a battery that can run up to 120 days on a single charge, making it suitable for long-term use without frequent charging.

EZVIZ CB3 Camera Not Suitable For:

• High-resolution Needs: The camera has a 2-megapixel image sensor, which provides good image quality but may not be suitable for applications that require very high-resolution images.
• 5 GHz Wi-Fi Networks: The camera supports IEEE802.11b, 802.11g, and 802.11n Wi-Fi standards, which operate on the 2.4 GHz frequency band. It may not be compatible with 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
• Power Instability Locations: The camera operates on a DC 5V / 2A power supply. If the location has a power supply that is often unstable, it might affect the camera’s performance.
