Troubleshooting Tips and Solutions:
Night vision Performance Solution:
If the night vision is not clear, you can try adjusting the contrast and brightness settings. You can also try removing the foam ring and replacing it with a thicker piece of foam to improve the distance between the lens and the camera.
Live view failure on Google Chrome Solution:
If you are getting a “Live view failed” error on Chrome, you can try the following solutions:
- Refresh the page.
- Disable all antivirus software.
- Install the Hikvision plugin.
- Use the IE tab add-on for Google Chrome.
- Update your version of Google Chrome.
- Update the firmware on your Hikvision IP camera.
