The Layer 2 network management PoE switch, model DH-PFS4218-16GT-240, provides advanced features for efficient network operation. With support for IEEE802.3af and IEEE802.3at standards, it delivers efficient Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality, including Hi-PoE with a 60W power output. Network redundancy is through the implementation of STP/RSTP/MSTP protocols. This switch supports IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, and SNMP-based network management, allowing configuration through Web, Telnet, and CLI Command interfaces.
Dahua PFS 4218-16GT-240 Quality of Service (QoS) standards enhance determinism, while IEEE802.1X, SNMP v1/v2c/v3, HTTPS, and SSH/SSL contribute to network security. Additional features include a large 4M data cache, MAC auto study and aging, extended mode capability up to 250m, and EMC high protection design. The switch PFS 4218-16GT-240 offers 16 PoE-enabled Ethernet ports, 2 uplink ports, and system access with the username/password combination admin/admin. MAC table capacity is 8K, NTP is supported, and DHCP functionality includes client/server support and snooping.
